Our Export Process
A transparent, six-step export workflow — so you always know what happens next, who is responsible, and when your goods will sail.
- 1 · InquiryYou send product, specifications, quantity, destination port and preferred incoterm via our quote form, email or WhatsApp. We confirm receipt the same working day.
- 2 · Quotation — within 24 hoursA detailed offer: exact specifications, packaging, incoterm, delivery timeline and validity period. No vague pricing, no missing variables.
- 3 · Sampling & verificationOn request we courier pre-shipment samples and share lab analysis. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can be arranged at this stage.
- 4 · Contract & paymentProforma invoice or sales contract with agreed specs, then payment per agreed terms — typically irrevocable LC at sight or TT terms discussed case by case.
- 5 · Preparation & loading — 2–4 weeksIntake, cleaning, grading, bagging, final testing and container stuffing at Dar es Salaam. We share loading photos and the packing list before the container is sealed.
- 6 · Shipment & documentsVessel booking, bill of lading and the full document set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and quality certificates — couriered and emailed the same week the vessel sails.
