Origin-direct sourcing
We buy at farm gate and through cooperative unions in the producing regions — Mtwara and Lindi for cashew, the central corridor for sesame and pulses, Zanzibar for cloves. Fewer intermediaries means better traceability and keener pricing for you.
Quality you can verify
Every lot is sampled on intake and tested for moisture, purity and grade. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged on any order, and lab reports travel with the shipping documents.
Documentation handled in-house
Certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate where required, quality and weight certificates, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading — prepared by our own export desk, checked twice before the vessel sails.
One accountable contact
You deal with a single export desk from inquiry to delivery: quotations within 24 hours, loading photos and vessel details shared proactively, and post-delivery support if anything needs attention at destination.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is one 20-foot container load, which suits most bulk commodities (roughly 18–27 MT depending on the product and packaging). For processed or bagged goods we can discuss smaller trial volumes — send your requirements and we will advise.
Which incoterms do you work with?
FOB Dar es Salaam, CFR and CIF to your destination port. FOB suits buyers with their own freight arrangements; CIF/CFR gives you a single landed-cost figure from our desk.
What export documents do you provide?
Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and quality and weight certificates. Fumigation and health certificates are added wherever the destination requires them. See our export documents checklist.
How long does delivery take?
From confirmed payment, allow 2–4 weeks for intake, cleaning, testing and loading, plus ocean transit — typically 14–45 days depending on your port. We share the vessel schedule and tracking as soon as the container is gated in.
Can I get samples or third-party inspection?
Yes. Pre-shipment samples can be couriered for your approval, and inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged on any order at the buyer's cost. Read more on our quality assurance page.
How do I get a price?
Commodity prices move with seasons and markets, so we quote per inquiry. Share your product, specifications, quantity and destination via our quote form, email or WhatsApp and you will have a detailed offer within 24 hours.
